I’m Ilaria, an italian wedding planner and flower designer.

I was born in 1992 in Milan but when I was 7 I moved with my family to one of the most amazing places in the world: Tuscany.

I graduated in Communication and Languages in Siena’s University and I took a Master’s degree in Strategies of Communication.

I started working in weddings in 2012, when I was 19.

My strong points are the ability to listen and to understand the wishes of the couples turning them into reality. My goal is to make every wedding unique and personal.

My job is to make sure that everything is perfect and to solve problems as soon as they arise. I always keep my cool because I always have the situation under control and, above all, I never stop smiling.

Ilaria Weddings is headed by Ilaria who takes care of every aspect of the planning process. She is the main point of contact between vendors and couples to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Bringing ideas and dreams to life, she has been working hard in the past years to create connections with venues and suppliers selecting some of the best Tuscany has to offer based on a wide range of budgets and styles.

Alongside Ilaria, Anthony helps during the planning process assisting her. He is mostly “behind the scenes” working on files and covering the office duties, like emails and calls, during peak season but you may see him coordinating a wedding or helping couple while inspecting the venue or food tasting.

The staff is able to optimize your budget saving you money, time and unnecessary stress.

The stars of that special day are the couples and we strive to give them all the happiness they deserve!
